Wow, I think I'm in love with a new pasta recipe. I saw this recipe a few days ago and sent it to my friend who is eating vegan. She texted me last night raving about how amazing it was, so I just had to try it for lunch today. Wowowowow! I love this stuff!
I used quinoa pasta that I found at Sprouts instead of regular or whole wheat, so this recipe definitely is a clean recipe (and vegan...and full of protien and the good fats).
